The Boston Red Sox have regained the lead at the moment, but the race for Divisional Champions is one of the tightest in all of Major League Baseball. The Boston Red Sox, the Baltimore Orioles, and the Toronto Blue Jays are all within a single game of each other, and they are three of the top teams in the American League.
